Chicken Bharta

Chicken Bharta recipe:
1 Whole Chicken (cut into spices)
1 large Onion ( finely chopped)
1 small Tomato (chopped)
2 eggs (hard boiled)
coriander leaves (chopped)
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Chilli powder
1 1/2 coriander powder
2 tbsp tandoori masala
turmeric powder
salt to taste
1tsp adrak (ginger paste)
kewra (optional)
3tsp vinegar
2 tsp cooking oil




Cara2nya.. Perap ayam bersama vinegar and salt for 10-15 minutes. dalam periuk lain, masukkan some water, hirisan ayam, 2 tsp vinegar, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder dan boiled for 3 whistles. tutup api dan biarkan sejuk.. bland untuk dijadikan stock ayam...
Panaskan kuali, masuk minyak masak..tumis halia, onion dan tomato. masukkan ayam yang diperap, coriander powder, garam masala, tandoori masala. fry until oil released. add stock and stir it boil until it gets gravy like consistanency. add egg york and mash it. boil some more until a thick curry is formed. garnish with coriander leaves or egg white.. :)
